ONE OF US
BBC One was planning the launch of its crime mini series One of Us. Working with the marketing team I had to design a 'look' and a set of templates for the digital part of the campaign. After viewing the private screening I decided to incorporate the style of the opening credits into the template designs, making it coherent with the series. The title graphics' design was very strong and 'iconic', so incorporating it into the digital campaign fit the anticipation of the viewers about the unfolding events. It also ended up to be a very visually pleasing campaign.
Aldi 2016 Christmas Campaign - Kevin the Carrot
Creating Kevin's adventures were one of the most fun campaigns I worked on. All images/ assets were created for the digital part of Aldi's Christmas Campaign 2016. They were extreme fast turnaround as majority of them were interactive replies to customers comments on social media platforms. The aim was to create engagement in a fun way and prolong the conversation about the campaign. Due to the campaign’s scalability, relevance, the speed in which it responded on social media, engagement, originality, personalisation and sentiment, Aldi's Christmas Campaign won the Christmas Ad battle agains John Lewis in 2016. https://www.marketingweek.com/2016/12/20/aldi-best-performing-christmas-ad-tesco-boots-fail/

Robot Wars
BBC created a huge campaign for the revival of their show Robot Wars. Their target audience consisted of two parts - older fans of the show and millennials. Creating social media engagement was essential to reach out to younger audience. As the responsible designer for the whole campaign I created a tester trailer, digital posters, digital statistic cards, cinemagraphs, behind the scenes videos, editable quote templates and avatars for all social media platforms to build excitement and add an extra layer of enjoyment for fans. Overall the show ended up being the second most talked about programme on Twitter on the week of the launch.
Unsolved
Unsolved, a documentary for BBC Three at first didn't get much attention as it was not a priority project. I was given some assets to play around with and design a coherent look for the campaign for the Social Media team and Images Department. First I created watercolour-like illustrations and designed a mood and feel for the press images. The illustrations got so much attention that marketing started to pay attention and see the possibility of creating a great 360 degrees campaign for it. Proper press images were taken, the watercolour look was incorporated in all aspects of the campaign, the Promo and motion graphics department used the idea all throughout the trail. Banners, GIFs, Quote templates and digital posters were scripted for digital use. This was a great example how a beautiful all around campaign can be created out of almost nothing with a bit of creativity and technique.

When working for social media, 1 design has to be reversioned for many different platforms and audiences - if it's android, iPhone, flexible and non flexible screen displays, you have to keep all users in mind. Bellow are some variations for the BBC and other clients of templates and headers.
